4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Product Availability. All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

EverQuest Life sells Outdoor Living & Hobby products, and product availability may vary by product and brand.

4.2 Pricing. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any price changes, modifications, or discontinuance of products.

All applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout before purchase.

4.3 Payment Terms.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods made available at checkout.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

4.4 Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product or service availability;
• Errors in the description or price of a product;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; or
• Other circumstances that may prevent us from properly fulfilling an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order, subject to applicable law.

4.5 Backorders. If an item you ordered is backordered, we will notify you within 48 hours with available information regarding the expected availability of the product.

You may choose to wait for the item or request cancellation of the backordered item, subject to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information regarding shipping practices, processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping carriers.

We currently ship to the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after processing.

Our stated domestic shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For applicable large-item shipments, LTL freight carriers may include FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, and XPO Logistics.

5.2 Risk of Loss. To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss and title for products purchased through the Website pass to you upon delivery of the products to the applicable carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, return shipping costs, and applicable conditions.

Our current return information provides for a 30-day return window for eligible products. Returned products generally must be unused, in their original packaging, and have tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee may apply where applicable.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the applicable return or refund has been approved and processed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product information, designs, and software, is the property of EverQuest Life or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions, will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms will be brought in the appropriate courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
