At EverQuest Life, we want our customers to feel confident that they're receiving competitive pricing on the products they purchase from us.

If you find the identical product available at a lower price from another authorized dealer, you can contact us before purchasing and ask us to review the price.

Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the requirements below.

How It Works

1. Find a Lower Price

Find the identical product offered at a lower price by another authorized dealer.

The product must have the same:

Brand
Model number
Configuration
Included components or accessories, where applicable

Please provide a link to the competitor's product page or other information that allows us to verify the advertised price.

3. We Verify the Price

We'll review the competing offer to determine whether it qualifies under our Price Match Guarantee.

If the competing offer meets all of our requirements, we will match the verified lower price.

Price matching must be approved by EverQuest Life before the order is placed. We cannot guarantee a price adjustment after an order has already been submitted.

What Qualifies

For a price match to qualify:

The product must be identical, including brand, model number, and configuration.
The competing seller must be an authorized dealer for the applicable brand.
The competing product must be genuine and not a grey-market or unauthorized product.
The competing product must be in stock and immediately available for purchase.
The advertised price must be current and verifiable at the time we review your request.
The comparison must be based on the competitor's publicly advertised price.
The offer must be for the same product and comparable purchasing conditions.

What Does Not Qualify

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

Auction websites or auction pricing;
Liquidation sales;
Clearance pricing;
Open-box products;
Used or refurbished products;
Pricing for products that are out of stock;
Unauthorized or grey-market sellers;
Prices resulting from an error or obvious pricing mistake;
Special offers that are not generally available to the public; or
Products that are not identical in brand, model, configuration, or included items.

Shipping and Other Charges

When comparing prices, we may consider applicable shipping charges and other mandatory charges necessary to obtain the product.

The comparison must represent a genuinely comparable purchase rather than simply comparing the advertised product price while excluding required charges.
