Cancellation Policy

If you have changed your mind about your order, EverQuest Life is committed to making the cancellation process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations requested within this 24-hour period are free of charge, provided that the order has not already been shipped or entered the fulfillment process. No cancellation fee or restocking fee will apply to an order successfully canceled within this window.

To help us process your request before fulfillment or shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

After the Cancellation Window or After Shipment

If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, or if your order has already entered the fulfillment process or been shipped, we may be unable to cancel the order.

If your order has already shipped, you may instead request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

For an eligible change-of-mind return after shipment:

• The item must meet the requirements of our Return and Refund Policy.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all applicable tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to eligible change-of-mind returns after shipment.

Once your return is authorized, please ship the item according to the return instructions provided by EverQuest Life.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your order number and clearly state that you are requesting cancellation.

We will review your request and confirm by email whether your order can be canceled. Cancellation requests are subject to the order's fulfillment and shipment status.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before shipment and within the applicable cancellation window, any eligible payment already collected will be refunded.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refunded funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Important Note

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that an order can be canceled. Orders may move into fulfillment or shipment quickly. If an order has already shipped, the cancellation request will be handled as a return request under our Return and Refund Policy.
